Out-of-Home Placement Trends 2025: January - March
In the first quarter of 2025, our Wraparound program maintained a low percentage of youth in out-of-home placements (OOHP), demonstrating the effectiveness of our family-driven, community-based care model.
January: 8.7% of youth served experienced OOHP days
February: 8.7% of youth served experienced OOHP days
March: 7.2% of youth served experienced OOHP days
The total days spent in out-of-home placement decreased steadily over the three months, from 128 days in January to 110 days in March, reflecting positive outcomes in supporting youth at home and in the community.
These results highlight our commitment to reducing out-of-home placements, ensuring that more youth can remain with their families and communities, and reinforcing the strength of collaborative care through Wraparound.
