Culture and Engagement

Adult & Child Health strives to create an environment for staff and clients that welcomes, serves, and respects all.

Culture and Engagement Commission

To create a welcoming and respectful environment for team members and patients, Adult & Child Health has implemented a Culture and Engagement Commission. This group of team members collaborates with focus groups to identify and incorporate new culture and engagement initiatives.

Integrated Culture and Engagement Activities: The Beauty in Culture and Engagement

Adult & Child has embedded culture-building activities into monthly Team Leader meetings. These activities are led by a member of the Culture and Engagement Commission and then taken back to individual teams and incorporated into staff development conversations.

Employee-Led Taskforces

Our task forces are voluntary employee-led teams that serve as resources for initiatives, program development, celebrations, idea implementation, and recruitment.

These teams bring agency-wide value in their efforts to support agency-related initiatives.
