Crisis Center Team Leader-Licensed Therapist
This is the final stage of A&C’s building of services in the crisis continuum. This position will allow clients to not only have a person to call and a person to respond, but now a place to go. As a Team Leader in this role, you will work with a collaborative team of Therapists, Skills Development Specialists, and Peers in order to help those in Crisis. The Crisis Center Team Leader position is a unique opportunity to be a part of establishing one of the first Living Room Model in Indiana.
Community Based Skills Development Specialist
As a community Skills Development Specialist you will work with adult clients with chronic mental illness to build skills that help them be more independent and/or maintain independence. Community Skills Development Specialists help clients access and utilize available resources. You will coordinate and communicate with clients’ families, as well as internal and external providers.
Certified Medical Assistant
Adult & Child Health is an integrated healthcare provider in Central Indiana. We are a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center look alike; we strive to provide the best in healthcare services. Providing high-quality, affordable care including primary care, behavioral health services, substance abuse treatment, mobile crisis response, community-based services, homeless outreach, school-based treatment, and more. This role requires you to be able to jump in and accept the different responsibilities that are required for the assignment.
School-Based Therapist: Blended Partnership with Franklin Township
The 50/50 Split therapist role is a collaborative effort initiated by a partnership with Franklin Township Community School Corporation and Adult & Child Health. We also have clinical supervisors embedded in teams throughout the agency who can provide the supervision hours required for licensure.
