It’s best to arrive as early as possible with your photo ID and insurance information ready to secure a same-day intake appointment. If all time slots for same- day intake appointments are filled upon your arrival, A&C will complete registration and schedule a follow-up appointment to complete intake within 48 business hours of your Open Access visit. **Homeless Resource Walk-In Hours: To be eligible, individuals and/or families must be living in a shelter or in place that is not meant for human habitation. Our goal is to serve members of our community within HUD Homeless Category 1.
